For a long time, Kurt and I were both in the field selling homes together. As our business evolved, so did my role. Today Kurt is the one guiding clients through showings negotiations and closings. I run the operations behind it all. I see every transaction from start to finish. I am part of the planning, the problem solving and the behind the scenes work that makes outcomes feel smooth on the surface.

Behind the Blue Flags is a look at real estate from that perspective.

Not the highlight reel.
Not the sales pitch.
But what it actually looks like when the path is being cleared for buyers for sellers and for the agents doing the work.

Sometimes I will share what I see happening behind one of Kurt’s deals. Over time this will expand to other agents and other moments inside Blue Flags Realty. Different situations, same standard.
